This Tuba Tuesday the Museum features a Kruspe, BB flat tuba, 4 rotary, c,1935.

The bell is 19 7/8” with the bore being.787,” with the height of 39.75”

“ED. KRUSPE / ERFURT” on bell.

Comparing the dimensions with the circa 1910 one imported by Peter Edwards, the bell flares more, and it is shorter (i think the two are related?) and it is somewhat smaller bore... Not sure how much difference these dimensions make. Some day maybe i'll figure it out.
