    I'm selling a York Monster Eb Tuba SN 51171, made in 1918

    It's a low pitch tuba :thumbsup:
    Sorry. My mistake. It looks like a high/low pitch (patent pending 1910) set of slides behind the 3rd valve slide. They had a little slide that pulls downward toward the bottom bow. Once it was out, the main tuning slide could be turned to go in one of those openings and then the little slide goes back in (into what would then be a closed, not engaged loop), putting the horn in high pitch.

    Cool idea for the time.

    I bought this tuba from Dillon music last year and they told me it's a low pitch tuba

    This tuba is in a Forwarding Company in Orlando called UsCloser. I live in Sao Paulo, Brazil. I gave up shipping this instrument to Brazil....

    Aw man. I'm close to Orlando, and while wasn't in the market for a horn, was thinking about messaging you to swing by and talk shop and play around on the horn (I don't have an Eb, but sometimes toy with the idea of getting one). But it's just hanging out in a shipping company.
