Yes, or PayPal if you used that to purchase, or any number of credit cards that have fraud protection on the account. But oh, the hassle! With no guaranteed resolution. I contemplated trying to do that with the cello I bought on ebay, decided that saying it did not meet the description as an "expert" cello was going to be difficult, because vendors typically will say that about student cellos. Since have found out that finding one with the string length of this one would be exceedingly difficult, and even though the sound is far from "expert" I find it very playable, and I did have it set up by an expert luthier. Good enough to find out if I'm going to get where I want technically.
