WTB: Yamaha euph case
Looking for a hard case for a Yamaha 321 euph. Let me know if you have anything.
Re: WTB: Yamaha euph case
I've got a new, unused SKB 375 case. I think it's sized for a 321, because I had bought one for my son's Besson Prestige 2052, and it required a good 30 minutes of work with a nylon hammer to enlarge the cavities to fit the bigger horn.
Protected the horn very well during an international tour, but the case took some severe abuse early into the trip - one of the airlines ripped a buckle off and cracked the hard shell. No damage to the horn, though, and was used throughout the rest of the trip.
Upon our return, I reported it to SKB and they replaced it. That's the unused case I have today.
But if you're not in Northern California, it's probably not worth the shipping cost to sell it to you.

Re: WTB: Yamaha euph case
yes I have one that came with my Yamaha 321. It's in great shape, being used very little. Let me know where you are and what you're willing to pay for it.

Re: WTB: Yamaha euph case
It's probably bad form to lob on to a thread, but
JUST AS A REMINDER, FROM ANOTHER THREAD.
(for the newer grey-plastic Yamaha euphonium case, BEFORE they went to the simpler drawbolt latch...)
I need ONE of those (horizontal "Samsonite"-style latches (and the screws that attach it would be a bonus).
