This is a long shot but I'm wondering if anyone knows of a CC or F tuba being sold for around the 3k mark by a music store or any other source with a business license. It would be purchased by a school and thus would have to be purchased from somewhere with a business license.

It may differ from state to state, but I sell things to high schools and middle schools all the time (and do repair work for them) and I am just a sole proprietorship. I have a CT sales tax license. The districts have had no issues paying me. I may have to fill out an I-9 form or something but have had no issues operating this way.
