For sale is a large Cerveny Kaiser BBb. Four rotary valves, S linkage is a bit noisy but valve action is fast and the valves have good compression, nice big sound, some dents and dings and evidence of past repair. It arrived here with some small holes in the bell from prior roll-outs which I have filled with silver-bearing solder and polished down, not terribly noticeable. I took out the lion’s share of the body dents and will continue picking over the remaining ones.
Asking $2,000, probably impossible to ship but I can give it a shot if you want to take the risk. It also has an enormous wooden case in fair to poor shape. Located in CT and can drive several hours to meet but would prefer pickup in New England or the NYC metro area.
