You see a lot of different variations of these little Czech tubas pop up from time to time. The most recent one I had around here took a small shank trombone mouthpiece. Maybe fun as a cimbasso substitute or something, but I think time has mostly passed these little things by from the days of being sold out of Sears & Roebuck catalogs.
