I recently picked up the top-action variant of this model from ca. 1912. Pretty sweet player, but Giant E-flat intonation is about what you'd expect (40c flat Eb below the staff, for starters). Still, a fun tuba.

Still one of my favorite horns ever produced. Would kill to have a four-valve version and convert it to D.
