I thought the packer won in a knockout. Just based on intonation above the staff. The small Besson was painful to listen to up there, but the packer was dead on.

Yes. Mike H. and I are hoping to help correct some intonation woes above the staff on the two B&H with the addition of Mike Johnson straight (Fletcher style) leadpipes. The report on those results will come later once they arrive and are installed.

That was a great comparison video. I agree with Mark. The Packer was the clear winner. It will be interesting to see what happens to those Boosey&Hawkes horns once the leadpipes, etc. are altered. :popcorn:
