No, this one has a very very tall stovepipe bell much larger than a Symphonie. This would also be a great horn to consider, if it is still available. It's a B&S/VMI Stencil so you can at least get a nice vote of confidence when it comes to quality and sound.
I think there was an old B&S CC model that used the Symphonie bell, also branded Musica or maybe Gerhard Schneider, but it was a four valve version and featured the 45° entry and exit from the valve block.
