Bad bad bad bad bad.
I am going to save that and watch it every time I have a gig or rehearsal I am not happy with.

I love the side eye the drummer gives him right at the beginning.

Maybe this is only a term that is used down here "the south", but I was pretty much under the impression that the term "fisheye" is pretty much a nationwide type of term for what you and I both noticed.

guess:
a substitute tuba player who was handed a lead sheet, and who had never before in their life seen a lead sheet

PS mad me think of the toast from that one golf movie about grinning when your ship comes in...

PPSS is the south warm again yet? I heard it was really miserable a while ago. Here, the silver lining is i can now get home whenever i want and not worry about parking, because i can shovel out a new spot in like... 15-20 minutes.

Impressive - that they needed that many cameras to record all that “action”. Some of them marked TV - imagine that being your performance and having it beamed out to the masses.

If you scrolled through the comments on Youtube - one guy actually defended and praised the tuba playing - saying it was traditional - apparently the performance bar for us tuba players is so low a dachshund could clear it with ease.

ICE should deploy those polka guys (with big amplifiers) to play at protests in Minneapolis - guaranteed to clear a crowd faster than tear gas. :teeth:

The guy found his 'hot lick' and is sticking to it, hell or high water.

This deserves a poll: inebriation, 2nd week playing tuba, stroke?

That's why he wears a towel over his valve hand, so nobody can steal his hot lick.

Actually I could see this happening if he was a BBb player and had to switch to an EEb horn in a pinch.

Is it just me, mesmerized by the tuba creativity, but were those folks dancing on snow? That would merit a like or 3!
