WTB — Hirsbrunner Piston F Tuba

I'm looking for a Hirsbrunner piston F tuba,

Further, if this leaves you sans bass tuba and you do not *want* to be in this condition, I have a very nice six-valved Kurath F tuba I can trade for yours with cash on my end to even things out. If you have a nice HB-10 or HB-12 and need money, this may be the route for you. If you just want to sell, I can do that, too.

Let's talk. If you cannot PM me here, post in this thread, and we can set up a way to talk in private.

I assume that you are using roman numerals there, Wade. While I’m glad you have continued to work on this horn, you’ve never mentioned what the seventh eighth, and ninth valves do. :teeth:

Come on, folks! One of you *must* have a rarely-used, under-loved, unmarried Hirsbrunner piston F tuba lying around the old barn somewhere…

I'll even give you money for it. (More than a dollar!)\

It would be very well taken care of, fed only the finest of lubricants, and kept warm and dry.

Or something like that.

I hate shipping tubas, so I would drive all the way out to you. All you need to do is drag it down the driveway to my car, and my gnarled, grasping claws…
