I received a Dynasty marching baritone in my repair shop a couple of weeks ago. Dynasty went out of business in 1999. The second valve stem is broken off right where the threads end after screwing into the valve. So I contacted Allied about a part. I was told to try Getzen parts. None of the 3 or 4 parts I have tried will fit. The valve stem is either too big or too small or the wrong length. It is also missing the bottom valve cap. Does anyone have any advice on where to obtain this part? I do not yet have the ability in my shop to make custom parts like these myself, which sounds like what will need to be done. Otherwise, I will have to send the horn back to the customer.
Thanks,
Jason

Re: Dynasty Marching Baritone Repair
It looks like Texas Horn Trader has parts for the M570 baritone in stock. I know it is pricey. However as someone who monkeys with repair at home, and can't order from Allied, I've had pretty good luck with parts from there.

Re: Dynasty Marching Baritone Repair
So the parts I ordered did not fit. The horn I have is apparently not an M570. It must be an earlier version. There is no model number on the horn. Only a SN D16234. I contacted Texas Horn Traders yesterday but have not received a reply. Anyone have any ideas? Pics below. Broken part is pictured on right.
