Bell Diameter 24”, Bore Size .730.

For some reason i am used to looking for Buescher engravings on the side rather than the more typical bell flare location.

So this is almost normal?

How about the neck? I can't tell if it is original or (as is common) has a Conn (but not the easily recognizable bracing if it is) ? For sure the bit isn't the usual Conn pair.

And yeah, did this go through the hands of a former owner who believed in painting instruments? At least that is my impression based on the main tuning slide.

Brings to mind the scene from Fargo where the car buyer explains he didn't want the undercoating...
