I am reluctantly selling this tuba built by Martin Wilk. I need to accept the fact that I could use the money more than I'm using the instrument.
If you know Martin's work, you'll understand the value of this horn. Very responsive, very in tune. Fun to play. Includes barely used Protec Platinum gig bag. MAW valves.
The horn is located in Tecumseh, MI, an hour west of Detroit. $6500 firm. Shipping at buyer's expense. Or come to my studio and play it.

Re: Martin Wilk/Conn 5 valve Eb tuba
Ever since it was up for sale when you bought it, I’ve always thought that this was one of the best looking (most proportional) tubas I’ve ever seen. It just looks “Right”. Having heard your playing and seen Martin Wilk’s work, I’m sure it plays even better than that!
Some old Yorks, Martins, and perhaps a King rotary valved CC
