Lebedev Concerto no 1 Orchestral Accompaniment

I have a student wanting to do a concerto competition hosted by a professional symphony.

I think the Lebedev Concerto No 1, published by Hofmeister Musik Verlag and I don’t see it listed, but rentals do their own thing and don’t list. The piece was originally not with orchestra, and the Ostrander “Concerto in one movement” edition is not a very good edition, and several unauthorized arrangements have been done of it.

With the computer issues I’ve been having, things restoring, it’s a bit harder on mobile.

Does this piece have an official orchestral arrangement through Hofmeister that a full-time symphony would be able to order via rental?

Edit--I found this--but I never took German and from what I gather, this should be it, but anyone more familiar able to confirm?

according to the hofmeister site the besetzung (sorry, don know the English word for this one ) is 2.2(EHr).2.2. 4.2.0.0. - Pk - Hf - Str.

then the conclusion is that the piece offered on the hofmeister website is indeed for symphony orchestra (the str means strings)

Thank you—I found that after the original post and a bit of digging, and had seen questions on it for years. Seems like it confirms there is an official orchestral version, which opens this up for my students as an option when doing concerto competitions.

I played this orchestration with the US Army Orchestra at the Army Band Tuba/Euphonium Conference in 2019. It is a solid arrangement and great piece for contrabass tuba with orchestra.
