Happy Tuba Tuesday. The Museum today features a Buescher, B flat Euphonium, 3 piston, 1912.

Serial #: 18154

Bell Diameter 12”, Bore Size .570, Height 24”.

“The / Buescher / pat. Oct. 29 ’07 / ELKHART / IND.” inside beautiful relief engraving on bell. 1, 2, 3 on valves. SN and PAT. MCH. 19, 1901 on second valve.

Reminds me that i saw a listing of a similar buescher as a compensated instrument, and failed to correct them. (and honestly, they know more than i do, so maybe i'm wrong about compensation)

Anyway, cool instrument, for sure!
