Looks like yours has a lot of tubing. If it's for example around a minor third - 33 inches? - you might be able to survive with some alternative combinations. Like, Ab 1_3_5, G _2_45, Gb 1__45 (sharp), F _2345, E 12345.

I brought home a Kanstul euphonium to test drive when the 2010 ITEA was in Tucson. It was so horribly out of tune with itself that I was astonished. That was, in my opinion, a design flaw, and it was the one they brought to be a demo. So your problem does not surprise me.
I suspect that everything was so rushed towards the end that they brought things to market before they were dialed in, or even consistently made over a several same model span, ie quite a bit of variation from horn to horn.

Kanstul isn't that bad, either. I have to confess to a senior moment here - my tuba isn't a 33-S, it's a 66-S Eb. These two tubas look more similar than they probably even should. The 33-S is BBb. So ... never mind. Sorry!
I know this is late for a reply but here's thought. Instruments which have a leak in the main bugle will play sharp and that COULD be the problem you have. Testing for this is not something most techs ever have to deal with so detection and repair of the leak is almost never considered.
I removed the bell from the tuba of a well known German maker and found that the lead around the tenon varied in thickness from over half in inch to none. Fixing that once you find it requires courage because it will never look "pretty" again.
