Re: Where are you playing on Mardi Gras?

We’re playing a 2 hour second line followed by dinner and then a ninety minute set. We’ve been conditioning for it and are feeling strong!

Michigan Mardi Gras can be brutal weather wise, especially in mid February, but tomorrow may hit 50!

Re: Pasadena

Thanks. That helps clarify what I was gleaning from earlier posts. It makes sense, and I think by & large it’s what I’m doing with the exception being that I make contact with my lead pipe fairly often. I’ll give that some observation & attention and make sure that hand is free for beer holding ...

Re: Pasadena

It seems like there's an underlying or overlooked sentiment that it was perceived these players weren't holding their horns in an ergonomic or "suggested" manner. Re: Sad news

As for myself and thinking of individual purchases, I can’t ...

[SOLD] SHURE Wireless package: BLX4:J10 Receiver, Beta 98 instrument mic, adaptors for XLR, and 1/4" guitar

This is a workhorse system. I've used it for several years, but it's been tucked away underneath a hand-pedal board, so the most noticeable way it's showing its age/wear is the adhesive residue from Temple Audio pedal clips.

Included is a Beta 98H clip on instrument mic, which is excellent. I'm ...

Re: Sousaphone floor stand

I have a Hercules floor stand and a Wenger wall mount I’d be willing to part with.

DM here or greatlakesbrass @ gmail

I’ll have to check in on pricing if you’d like either.
