heading out in Mrs. bloke's Honda manual-shift toaster-car to mail off a mouthpiece order (thank-you!), to get some bills paid on time, and to (if the Husky shop is open...??) buy an air filter for my chainsaw.

...yeah, it's 3 degrees, and there are several inches of uncleared snow on the roads...so I'm about to actually fulfill - in real time - the "old guys always say crap like that" stereotype.
