The pricing on new sousas are pretty high these days.
The new fiberglass Jupiters are more expensive than new fiberglass Yamahas. :bugeyes: That's crazy...

On overall quality and playing/sound, I'd get Yamaha over anything else new these days. Maybe there is a reason that the Disneyland Band uses Yamaha 411s, as well as (I believe) the US Army Field Band. They sound fantastic :smilie8: But everyone has their opinions...

The old American sousas (most any make) are probably my favorites though, if in good playing order/condition.
