Ive looked into it. Part of the trouble is the cost. They would be very expensive to make using my current methods, therefore the retail price would be very high. Im investigating alternatives.
In the mean time, tuba players who double on Bass Trombone would find the Bass Salt Shaker useful.
There is also my removable cork adapter set for tuba mutes, for those interested in the adjustable cork aspect of my designs:
