Can the M1 size be inserted into the mouthpiece receiver , and pushed all the way through the machine on a rotary tuba ?

The FMB branded bag looks good on my computer screen. Any experience with that bag brand . Potentially looking for a bag that is made for my Cerveny 683 . If I could first sell my Cronkite piggy bag . It’s a little looser than I like on this horn .
